Apple should be CB4. Offer him a deal as CB4. If he wants more, then let some other team sign him for more money.

Schroomytunes nailed it for me, I accidentally voted 5-6 mil but 4 mil for a couple years sounds better to me for Eli while adding
an early Draft pick the CB room, a mid rounder and bringing back Flowers.
