They got lucky too. Hubbard doesn't trip and instead of the scramble Stafford gets sacked and instead of 3rd and 4 it is 3rd and 18. 

Zac with a poor play call there on 2nd, 3rd and 4th down to give the momentum away and create an early deficit. The team has overcome all year though.

None of them were bad calls, except the decision to go for it on fourth down.  Just bad execution.
