I think a ratio of "inside the 10" to "touchbacks" would be very valuable. It would cover most of the total punts within range of the goal line, so it would be adjusted for "total chances".
Also a simple adjustment to "net average" to subtract 20 yards for every touchback. I am surprised no on is already doing that. It really is a much more accurate measure of "net average".
