Hilton is definitely a leader and I love the way he just has fun out there. The great teams have fun and aren't scared of screwing up.
Use your instincts, we have a few guys like this in Logan Wilson, Hilton, Awuzie and Bates if he sticks around. Dax Hill and CTB are
definitely these types as well that we just brought into the fold.
