"There's no chance of a letdown," head coach Bruce Arians said. "There might be a letdown today, but there won't be any for Sunday. Our guys know when you get an undefeated -- well, we'll see if they're still undefeated -- but probably undefeated team coming in your house, a first-place team from the AFC, we've got a lot at stake still." - Bruce Arians on playing the Bengals

4 real?

Can you expand on your theory a little?

Wasn't my theory, but I agree with it. Not a damned one of them acted and/or performed like they wanted to be there tonight...

LMAO we blaming the D? D held it down and got stops and were bailing out our offense, BEGGING them to score, Offense didnt capitalize but its the defenses fault for not getting a turnover? I think a Punt is just as good

Or if the team really has turned a corner we take one more loss MAX and retain our 1st round bye

No  it will be a Bengals biggest nightmare, go into the playoffs only to play the Steelers in the first round and go home after one for a 5th year in a row...

That would just make any Bengals fan lose their mind in more ways than one.

On THAT particular drive....

I was being conservative
The d has given up 30 total points in three games, lets not blame them for anything
I miss Gresham
Nothing we can do now but move on to the Cards.

You must be talking about the offensive line….. And man, they were very offensive tonight.
Yates,  Hoyer and Romeo Crennel own us, xD

And after a game like this...  Where would you place us??

Why? Tonight you have him Wearing #85 and #18 all wrapped into one.. You know Crucial dropped 3rd down passes and fumbles

Why? Looks like he was there tonight.
I expect better next week. We will lose again guys. It happens. Still a great team.
Steelers looking a little scarier at 6-4 now
Sportsbooks has the Cards (-3) vs Bengals. Wonder if that will be adjusted some more?

Really? Then how the hell did they win 8 straight games? People always think the sky is falling when teams lose games they're "supposed" to win — this is the NFL, no game is a given.

Tonight was just a poor all-around performance. Certainly can't hang this one on any single player (but Eifert is a close one!).
What's funny is that if you replace Eifert with Gresham this is pretty much the same way we lost to them in the playoffs.
