So when do the Nets abandon the "give away everything for stars" approach? It failed with Garnett and Pierce and it failed with Durant, Irving, and Harden. They have no immediate picks and will suck for a few years.

I'll admit it could make this year interesting, but how long is Kyrie going to stay happy in Dallas before he wants out? The guy seems to want out of every situation every so often regardless of if the team is good or if the organization is bending over backwards for him, like the Nets did.

When you're in first place you don't really have to make a bunch of adjustments (i guess). At least they recognized they needed to improve more with their bigs.
I think the best part is DEN, DAL, PHX, GSW, LAC, and even LAL all made moves to get immediately better...meanwhile, Ja Morant is just like "nah we good".....and now Memphis is royally ******.
