My alma mater, The University of Rio Grande, in Rio Grande Ohio, just won the Men's Soccer National Championship! Much props to Head Coach Tony Daniels, for building this team into a perennial power, and juggernaut that they are today!
Uh, hell yeah? I mean, hell yeah!!

Until the rise of the Soccer program, Rio Grande has always been a basketball school. Bevo Francis (google him) had always been our claim to fame. Good to see a man that I went to school with develop a championship program.
Isn't that the town that started Bob Evans?

Rio Grande is indeed the home of Bob Evans Farms. I handled some flooring work at the original Evans homestead, when they renovated it into the Farm Museum, in the late 90's.

Well, now they're famous for soccer, too.
