Why do you throw a pass at line of scrimmage on 3rd and 9 ??

The defense has not been good but the offense is absolutely pathetic so far this season. Absolutely nothing downfield.

Because our “star” receivers can no longer beat man coverage it seems. 

Isn’t surprising at all. 1-8 in the first two games of the season.
