Burrow cant throw the same balls either so he has a limited playbook.  

Burrow has been the King of dump off passes the first two game.  Surely Browining can dink and dunk like Burrow has done the first two games.

If anything we can expand the playbook with Browning, he knows this Offense like the back of his hand and isn't injured.
