I don’t think Jones is listed because he is on IR. Or am I wrong on this?
I am thinking that they don’t have to list him because he’s not on the active roster.

Is it safe for me to start him in Fantasy again?

Not that I have a choice with Watson declared out.

I used to have lousy luck with QBs in fantasy.  Didn't matter who I drafted, I always seemed to get those destined for injury.  One year I finally decided to go with it and I drafted PigBen as my #2, figuring I'd jinx him.  Turns out it doesn't work that way.
