The Vikings having only a rookie QB under contract after Kirk Cousins season-ending injury have traded for Cardinal Josh Dobbs. Dobbs was traded from Cleveland to Arizona for a 2024 5th-round pick. Minnesota receives Dobbs and a 7th pick while Arizona will receive a 6th round pick.

Dobbs who has already lost to the Bengals once this year will get a 2nd opportunity to lose to them on Dec 17th.

Isn’t he their starter or is Murray back?

They say Murray is close to a return, but apparently Clayton Tune is going to start. Perhaps they want to tank harder. Dobbs I thought kept them competitive even if they only got one win.
