He has, and that was the immediate expectation of the coordinator change. The entire reason for changing out the coordinator is the last guy was crap at play calling, so the next guy is going to immediately have a better performance as there are no tendencies available to attempt to have a good defensive call in place.
So far, no change in offense with browning versus Burrow. Hmm
