Not that he's singed the big contract. Too much dead money for hte Bengals and too much salary to take on for most teams that haven't already cleared the space for it and if they've cleared the space the roster probably sucks. The only remote way we could pull that off is to tag Tee, then offer he and Browning as a package for Jefferson.
It'd still be a cap nightmare, though.
