Condolences to Duke and the Tobin family.

So sad...thoughts and prayers to Duke, the Tobin family and the Bengals organization.

Awful news as longtime personnel exec Bill Tobin passed away at the age of 83.

Former GM of the Bears and Colts has been in Cincinnati working with his son and current Bengals player personnel director Duke Tobin, since 2003.

One of the greats in the industry.

Thoughts and prayers to the Tobin family today.

He and Mel Kiper unknowingly helped take the draft up another level in popularity.
