Hoping to see the Bengals double dip in o-line with Powers-Johnson or Beebe in the second. Not Opposed to Newton for the pass rush bump either.
McKinstry could be on the board as well.
WR run end of the 1st top of the 2nd was expected.
McConkey to Chargers - another smallish WR.

Does nothing to replace Reader
Ruke Orhorhoro goes before Jer'Zhan Newton.
Edit: Falcons have Grady Jarrett. I know more DL the better but Ruke and Grady will compete for snaps.

I must have missed that?
Interesting - Did the Falcons really need to trade up to get him?
Goes to show teams all have different scouting and evaluation approaches - ATL not taking Newton a bit of a surprise.

It's in the Mim's thread. I'll repeat his response here:
"Everybody has their own opinions of me," Mims said Friday. "I don't really care about what he said or what he had to say, honestly. I'm just glad to be a Cincinnati Bengal."
"I got a lot of respect for Coach Saban, even when he said that," Mims said Friday. "He's one of the greatest college head coaches. It is what it is."

Saban may have been extra irritated because Mims originally committed to Alabama and changed to Georgia.

Did the Falcons really need a 24-year-old top-10 QB to go with giving Kirk Cousins a 4yr/$180m deal this offseason?
Trying to apply logic to the Falcons right now seems like masochism. Lol

Well, they are an absolute dumpster fire of a franchise, so…

+1
I like Newton for the pass rush, but he does not take the place of a run stuffing NT.

He did a good job of taking the high road and still complementing Saban.
I have been impressed with Mims and he seems like he has that Orlando Brown type personality off the field. Positive guy.
Commish seems to be feeling better
