So you go from, "Aaron Hernandez vibes," which translates to, "he gives off an attitude and look of being like Aaron Hernandez," to, "he has a passing resemblance in look."
The two are NOT the same thing lol and sure he looks SOMEWHAT like Hernandez in that shot, but a passing resemblance is all that is remotely there, on a heavily shadowed and obscured picture.
