I've mentioned it before, but blink-182 was my old best friend's favorite band before the wreck.

He was a skater in grade school and stayed into punk rock in high school, but our other best friend and I listened to hip-hop and rap.

Blink was the only punk rock band I could listen to but I loved them.

He ended up being the driver in our wreck and our other best friend was the passenger.

Driver's in jail for stabbing his brother and passenger (last I heard) was in rehab and won't talk to me (hasn't for years).

Anyways, blink-182 is coming to Lexington and I got four tickets next to the stage! Lexington's an hour away, so easy ride!

It should be pretty insane since they reunited!

Any other blink fans?!

I'm PUMPED!

The only issue is that I bought the seats so I'll be looking up and to the left, but I've been wishing that I had bought them on the other side so I'd be looking up and to the right.

First world problems and I might even be able to switch seats, and I don't even know why I'm being so dumb about this, but I've been PUMPED to see them!

They broke up and I went to see them twice when they came to Cinci and had Matt Skiba playing for DeLonge (they bailed once), but this should be INSANE!

I'm so pumped!

That's awesome, Brad. I bought tickets to see Slipknot over the weekend. My younger sister loves them, and she's never been to a live metal show.

They're at an outdoor amphitheater in Noblesville IN, just north of Indianapolis, on August 6th.

I had to go with the cheapo lawn seats, we should be safely far enough away from any pyrotechnics.  

Fun fact: My wife is deathly afraid of Clowns, and gets really freaked out over masks and such. She has no idea who Slipknot is...
