I can't pretend to know what it is like to play in the NFL or know NFL locker room culture, but maybe many players were fine with how Pratt handled that?

do you get a bonus to be captain or just get a C on your jersey or helmet and that's it? lol

you get the C and I suppose a bonus if it is an incentive if their contract
