I was paused so I didn't want to come into the thread until I caught up. And they were down two goals in the third to boot. Crazy that it had been nine-plus years since their last win there. And now we're the second East wild card team

Typically I do, but I didn't last night. I had paused it and then caught up, but after I saw they won I went over to the NHLN to watch their coverage.
I like the attitude of this team. At first I thought it was just the residual effect of the team uniting after Johnny's accident, but it seems deeper than that.
Another great win and fun seeing more young guys playing well.
Damn, I wish it were this easy every night. 44 points and tied with Tampa Bay. Did not expect to be saying that at any point this year.

Tampa is about to beat Boston which will jump them over Boston for 3rd in the Atlantic. Boston with 45pts drops to the 1st wildcard spot 1pt ahead of CBJ.
Great road win over the Blues 2-1. Jet was 10.5 seconds away from a shutout.
Yeah, too bad Jet was robbed of the shutout in garbage time, but still a big win. Probably should have watched that instead of the Stealers snooze-fest. Four wins in a row!

I bail on the NFL one the Bengals are done. These young guys on CBJ are so fun to watch.

There's months of hockey left but playoff football is fleeting. But maybe that doesn't really ring as true with a shit game like we're seeing in Baltimore.
