I am firmly in the James Brooks camp.
Hill is a nice player that we got for basically nothing. But Brooks was a Pro-Bowl level guy.
It isn't even close.

Reggie Nelson was 2x Pro Bowler, 2nd Team All Pro, and led the league in interceptions one year. So it’s definitely close.
I have it Brooks, Nelson, Hill, Deltha O'Neal in that order.
To me clear winner is James Brooks for Pete Johnson....Brooks was a key in the SB run.. went to 4 Pro Bowls

Brooks was a 175 Pound man that played like he was 230 lbs. and could catch.
Gotta be James Brooks, with Reggie Nelson a close second. BJ Hill for Billy Price is definitely a very solid third.
