Slow starts are definitely a detrimental factor with this team YET again. Zac just doesn't seem to get the concept. How many times does this have to happen? It almost seems to be on purpose at this point. Either that, or inceredible incompetence. Either way, the powers that be need to shake it up, and if that means Zac is gone, so be it. But from what we've seen in the past, ala Marvin Lewis, he'll be coach unti he's 80.
