They absolutely failed at drafting and that’s why they are where they are.
Murphy and Ossai stink, Bates is sorely missed, no corner is anywhere near as good as chido, no receiver behind Higgins and Chase is as good as Boyd, Rankins isn’t on Reader’s level, etc
I think Mims at RT is the only improvement on this roster

This FO has no understanding of being embarrassed to do much of anything, other than promotional gimmicks and posting on social media.
