I have no idea how Trey graded out THAT high when we only had 3 pressures the entire game. Hill too for that matter. Barkley ran for over 100 yards and averaged almost 5 ypc.
Exhibit #8,634 why PFF is completely useless.
Trey Hendrickson was a missing person yesterday. One of the worst games of his career.
Those are some bad scores.
If one goes by PFF, the Jermaine Burton was one of the best and Iosivas one of the worst, including in run blocking (where Burton has the highest run blocking grade of all those posted, and Iosivas the worst of all those visible). If Burton would get himself out of the doghouse, might be some potential there.
3/4ths of our starting DL at 79.0 or higher?
Would never line that up with 0 sacks and 161 rushing yards/3 rushing TDs.

Nice. Need to give Burton the WR3 snaps from here on out IMO.
He might run a wrong route, but Yoshi does that already lol
Burton has great hands unlike Yoshi and is just quicker and more talented honestly. Him showing he can run block is a great sign.
BTW, speaking of grades, agree on BJ Hill, we damn near stopped them Eagles and their brotherly shove which I have never seen stopped, not once.
We stopped them on one tush push and nearly on the TD, gave me some hope as that play is pretty much unstoppable with Hurts.

There were several plays where Trey was being blatantly held, a couple of times the OL had his arm around his neck as he was trying to turn and pursue Hurts. So he likely was graded well for those plays, even though the net result was no pressure or sack.
Didn't Gesicki have a fumble?

Or Charlie Jones. People forget about Charlie Jones. Guy was a 4th round pick (Yoshi was a 6th rounder).

The way that was explained to me is that is not a hold. If Trey goes for a specific type of swipe move, the defensive lineman is aloud to put his arm around the upper body of Trey.

I'm talking arm around his neck, like a lasso.
Why is ADG's overall so low?
WE gotta do something about our OGs. I think I picked Cappa to be our best rated olineman this year. I thought he'd do much better w/ a better RT beside him.
Good to see Cody Ford not completely pooping the bed

Their hands were in the right place and feet had proper technique (as they got manhandled).
Alex Cappa with a 9.6 pblk grade? A 9 point effing 6? I could score that.
It’s hard to believe there’s that many defenses that are worse.

Did PFF not ding him for running onto the field when he wasn't supposed to and blowing the hurry up play?
68 -- OBJ
51 -- Mims
51 -- Karras
48 -- Volson
so freakin low it didn't even make the chart -- Cappa
This is how you waste the best QB-WR combo in the league. They can't do it all, and we can't run the ball against air because our OL is sub-professional quality. Mixon thinks he died and went to heaven down in Houston.
