Brown family won't be made to do anything they don't want to do. Glad he cares, but if Burrow needs to be the one to say something is wrong, then something is very worng.

He has to be careful what he says and won't really say what is on his mind. He is smart enough not to burn bridges down just yet. He, Chase and Higgins should be planning their escape route out of Cincy if they ever want to see a SB again.
Nothing will change from the way the Browns/Blackburns run this team. They simply don't put winning SB's as top priority. It is easy to see. Look at all the head coaches, coaching staffs, players that have worked here and all failed to win a SB for whatever reason and the only fact that remained the same is this front office and their way of doing things which simply does not work. Hard to believe they have ruined a fairly solid team from 2-3 years ago to what is on the field now but they have done it. Stubborn front office refusing to adapt, terrible draft choices, below average coaches, unable to develop rookies, a head coach trying to do too much and his refusal to develop a run game and being far too predictable, letting top quality players walk, it all adds up to failure.
At times it looks like opposing D's know our offensive scheme better than our own players do.

the same old Mikey Boy running it like he always has. I tend to think it is a bit in between and the entire family, Duke and Zac are running things
now with Mikey Boy having input to make him feel like he is running it.
We will see with how much change does happen, but some change on the Defensive side of the ball WILL happen. Lou fired at the very least.

They should be spending like drunken sailors this offseason.

I agree that at least one coordinator needs to go, Anarumo for sure. I'm willing to give Pitcher a pass as the passing game has been strong all year. The changes needed on offense have more to do with a change in mindset from Zac Taylor than anything. He has to respect the power of using a rushing attack and the value of having tough people movers on the inside of the OL. A change in OL coach would provide great cover for Taylor to change his philosophy without having to blatantly admit that he's been wrong.

should be let go as his young players have not improved at all and Cappa, Jonah and even Karras have regressed. Orlando wasn't good last
year but he is better this year and I think that is more because of him than coaching. Mims is very talented and polished for a rookie.

I mean, is Burrow a good GM? I don't know...did Peyton Manning help build the Colts? Aaron Rodgers played his best years in GB while perpetually frustrated the Packers kept using 1st round picks on defense and now he's a Jet telling them who to hire and fire and trade for.
Who the hell knows...I just know I'm skeptical Mike Brown is going to let one of his temporary employees make major decisions for a business he's had in his family for 56 years and is planning to have in his family until the sun explodes. Add in the fact that he shouldn't need anyone to tell him that our oline and defense are absolute crap and letting Tee walk for a conditional 17th round pick isn't likely to be the best path to fixing it.
