Kind of surprised at our bottom 5. I didn't think Mims played THAT.bad
Mims sure didn't look bad to the naked eye.
I think Mims was hurt badly by his early days. He did improve as the year went on. He will get even better with a better guard next to him
If that was Mims playing bad, then I can't wait to see what he can do with more experience and a new coach to help him develop!
That is alarming that we had that bad of play in the interior offensive line, but we've known that they're bad,
As far as Iosivas, that's very surprising because I was impressed with his play, especially for a second-year guy, and I even mentioned how he could make losing Tee more manageable if he keeps developing.
So keep Volston, release Mims

I wouldn't put much stock into the numerical grade on Amarius Mims this year. We learned a lot about him this year. He's tough, he's agile, he's tenacious. He's a young guy that will only continue to improve. (the hand injury is just a minor thing to him, at this point)

He improved down the stretch.
So basically our o-line somehow sucks while simultaneously having bookend tackles? That sounds about right.

Karras is decent. The problem is the guards.
He came back down to earth after that terrific start, but he still looks like a keeper.

if I had my choice, I'm signing a veteran guard (not the top FA's, we can't afford those, but a solid middle of the pack player) and drafting two guards, or one guard and one tackle that can move to guard. This should give us some depth as well.

Let's play a quick game of FMK.
This one will be tough, so think long and hard before answering. Anyone can play by the way.
Here are your choices.
Kate Upton
Kate Beckinsale
Cordell Volson
GO!

The only one of those 2 i like is KB, and that's mostly 10 years ago or so. They're just the first names that popped in my head.
That's not the point anyway. The point is making sure that in every instance, Volson gets killed.

Volson needs to get taken out back, and sunset bengal needs to do the honors

What's even more surprising to me is Cordell Volson wasn't among the bottom 5.

His grade in true pass sets though.
I’ve also never seen a guy struggle with stunts as much as he does. So ready for that failed experiment to be over.
