In light of the sad Eric All news, the Bengals give Joe Burrow and the rest of the offense a fantastic gift in the form of the best all around TE in the class.

We also have free agency, UDFA picks and the wave of cap casualty cuts to wade through before the next season begins play.

He might not have the length to hold the edge in the run game, but he definitely brings the juice as a pass rusher. Nash is a kid that I've looked at late. Raw, but I like the former QB pedigree. Nice job.

I see David Walker is coming from FCS and also converted from a WR to EDGE in college?
That sounds like it could make him a multi-year project...is that the case?
If so, I'd prefer to find someone who maybe has somewhat less of a ceiling but can more of an immediate contributor given the state of the DEs after Hendrickson.

Cordell Volson also was pretty damn good in FCS but has been mediocre at best in the NFL after 3 full seasons.
I know not every FCS player is the same, but this is where the true scouts will need to be able to assess if this dude is legit going to be able to grow into a good or better NFL player or be more like Volson.

We also drafted two interior d lineman last year and are having to revisit that position early this year. Just not efficient roster building
