If we lose to Denver but beat Baltimore, and Denver then chokes against SD, then we'd be 12-4 and Denver would be 11-5 and we would still get the second seed.

Yes. Based on an overall better record. Losing to Den and beating Balt gives the Bengals a 12-4 record.

Oops. My math was off. I thought we would have both ended up 11-5. Lol
If we lose to Denver and Denver wins out we will both be 12-4.
Would Denver get the #2 seed due to the head-to-head? Thx

If Denver wins today they have the tiebreaker with head to head win.. they would still need to secure the 2nd seed with a win next week against San Diego. I would not just give them that win against San Diego. San Diego is one of the top offenses in the league with Rivers plus with Floyd playing his last game in NFL and possible Gates and with Chargers future up in the air.. Chargers are going to give it all they got and might hang with Denver. RIVERS is the ex factor.. he has played well this year regardless of their record.

Yep.
