lol sounds like a guy that knows he's going to be cut...
Hope the next team that signs him put some arrows showing the dotted line, or he’s likely to miss hitting that as well.
If another team offers any pick at all take it.
He had some big moments with the Bengals but those days are gone.
He’s a unicorn now - an NFL LB who can’t tackle…

How much money will we save by cutting him? Is it 7.9 Mill?
Trade/Cut, sign Bobby Wagner. Top 15 defense floor.

5.2 there is around 2 million in dead cap.
I don’t see the bengals trading him. At least due to his trade request. I don’t know that I see an offer coming in for him either.
Knowing that Golden already was his LB coach a few years ago, this tells me Pratt and Golden are not seeing eye to eye on Pratt's role/value on the defense, or they just constantly butt heads or something that he doesn't want to be a part of his defense.
I can't imagine Pratt will get traded for anything less than a 3rd round pick, which I have my doubts anyone would actually offer, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Pratt in stripes one last season.
We will be lucky to get anything but a 7th for him and I’m fine with that he was already 95% getting cut anyway.
Whatever we can get accept it.
I like how Pelissero lists the number of tackles Pratt made with not a word about missed tackles - which is the big flaw in his game. I'm okay with trading Pratt but it does add LB to our needs list.
Pratt is one of those "guys" I mean he has had some big plays and good games as a Bengal, as has been said. But what I mean is he disappears and or stinks more than he's "good".
So very many times this past season I watched him take horrible angles to the runner. Miss the runner totally that he was in good position for, and even appeared to give up early on plays. All those tackles sound good but they were 6, 8, 10 yards downfield. And it's being very, very nice to say he's average in coverage.
If he wants to go, let him go.

This is where I'm at. Trade him for any draft capital and save about $5.5 MIL in cap
re-signing this guy was a mistake. Especially when you let Bates walk. Reader as well
Think you can get a desperate team to give up a 4th.... but a 5th or 6th is more likely.
