The disappointing thing here is that this should be the low hanging fruit.
Enabling your players at eat heathily and at the right time seems like a win for the team. Making sure your players are focused on the game and not what some drunk Steeler fan is doing around their young kids or DeShaun Watson around their wife seems obvious.
Fixing the locker room was a much harder thing to organize.
All in all it smacks of the Bengals again lacking the bandwidth to tackle multiple issues simultaneously.

However, it's a fair critique to provide to your billionaire owner. If they aren't getting the same amenities that other franchises provide, I think it's fair to bring it up. Especially when prompted.
It's low hanging fruit. Also, in the grand scheme of things, not all that important. Both are true.

If a player is worried about some drunk being around their family, there's not a player on the roster who could not easily afford one more ticket and an off-duty LEO or a friend to accompany their family as security. Heck, there's probably a lot that would do it free just to go to the game. And there's security all around that stadium if someone acts up. Made up issue.

I mention it as I remembered seeing a player talk about it in an postgame interview where there had been some scuffle/incident in the crowd - it stood out to me as this wasn’t something that had occurred to me before (on the account of me not being a pro athlete with young family in the stands). This player wasn’t complaining but was just saying they were checking their family was ok.
I did though get a laugh out of your suggestion that in order to be more self-sufficient they should hire someone to do it for them.
