#77 Tee Higgins...this is Tee's first time on the list
last season Trey was #77...he should be much higher this season
Ja'Marr was 45th...he should be in the top 15 this season. Joe was 39th...I would not be surprised if he is in the top 10

The Bengals WR took a chance on playing on the franchise tag, and his NFL peers noticed Higgins’ performance took a step forward.
