I use an iPhone to access the site and cannot for the life of me figure out how to save a pic to my phone and upload it to here in replies. Can someone a lot smarter than me, help me out?

Is it a sig you're trying to upload?

I believe you'll have to upload it to a host site(?) like imageshack. I'm not the best guy to answer these questions. Post your question in the sig thread where I'm sure someone can help.
