He works for the Enquirer, not the Bengals, so that's likely a safe bet.

Hobson works for the Bengals, he isn't a beat writer.
Hobson is paid to toe the company line.

Pretty sure Hobson has freedom to write pretty much whatever he wants. His writing reflects his own opinion of things. I've always thought he was pretty objective and balanced.
Of course, someone who is fair and objective is going to be considered biased by the fringe who hate anything the bengals and Mike Brown ever do.
