Lots of blood, lots of profanity, lots of hot naked chicks, lots of fighting, lots of treachery, if you like such things. The dialogue cracks me up.

loved the first season. Action was decent, story was semi interesting (who doesn't love a revenge story) and lucy lawless getting it on fulfilled a teenage fantasy of mine. But the second season kind of lost me.

I tried. Couldn't get past the weird look of it.

I had a similar problem.

Wondered why they switched actors for the Spartacus character. Googled it and found out the disturbing fact that the first actor died of cancer at 39.

I watched the series when it was out.
