Arizona has a very strict gum/lip to head ratio ordinance.

Rumor has it that the cops thought he was under the influence do to his slurred speech. He was sober and clean.

Suggs gave a big smile in public and was arrested for indecent exposure.

Could you please be a little more specific? 

Suspended license. He had some speeding tickets and his license had been suspended. He was arrested when the cops realized this after a single car collision. No word on DUI so I am assuming there he wasn't drunk.

Word is that the first officers on the scene thought that the airbags had deployed but later arriving officers realized that it was just his lips.
