Yes.....technically it would....but the entire free world knows me as Boomer, it's on my football cards, hell, I even use it on my tv gig.  I was also thinking that maybe some younger cats and noobs around here might not see the correlation between my avi and my username if I used my given name.  ThumbsUp

I always thought that saying sounded racist.
Not condemning, just sharing a thought from my delusional mind.

It's Southern, but I can't find anything that says it is racist. My brothers and sisters used to say that when we were in grade school. If you find anything different, let me know.

Here, check out this link on the origin:

(Note: Apparently the Urban Dictionary says it is a vulgarity describing female anatomy. Who knew? I stick by my grade school definition of just a silly saying until proven wrong.)

We always used to say 'pXXn tang'. Probably the Ohio/Kentucky derivation.

Ah, dagnabit! I'm supposed to be a mod! Now I have to censor myself!

As a fan of the Andy Griffith Show, I must submit the following to the debate:

Robert

And depending how I do at work, I have two different nicknames.
If I did something right, my boss would call me "numbnuts".
If I did something wrong, he would call me over, "Hey, genius..."
