It was a catch.  The ball can touch the ground and move as long as control is maintained.

Remember the other team is allowed to do pretty much anything they want. There will just be a call here and there to main a pretense of balance. Meanwhile the Bengals....

Hey we took a shot downfield but when your QB can hit 1out of 10 downfield shots you have to take more than one shot to make it happen.
