Whoever thought Vigil was good in the first place, he's a rookie who hasn't done shit.
As far as cutting his rat tail, he was forced to do that because he wasn't allowed into certain states with that backwoods rat tail of his!

TBH- it might be a result of trying to change the image. Think about last year Vs 2016. Seems as if a lot of players have lost their identity in a locker room attempt to remove the "Bad boys of the NFL" image. Our defense is playing to safe to save face in the eyes of the refs.
