The owners primary job is to bring in talent. Are you saying he hasn't done that? I believe that during most of Marvin's tenure, he has had super bowl quality talent. Maybe they suck ( I say "they" rather than "we" cuz i'm not on the team) because beer prices are too high? What specifically should Brown have done has he has NOT done?
