We have a lot of cormorants here to do the fishing for me . Cormorants are diving birds.. Pretty common here and they don't seem to mind the rain and cold ..

So what you are saying is we need to get some hunting licenses so we can take out those birds, thus forcing you to get out on the water and do some fishing!
