Well, since our kicking has been so bad, I'd be willing to spend a pick on a good one.

But then, it's Mikey Brown at the controls, so we'll find some bargain bin kicker off the street somewhere.
I went 6-7 but wouldn't mind spending a 5th. Where we are picking I wouldn't want to spend a 4th tho

We did draft Huber which shocked me but in hindsight was a good call!

Nah.
Stick with Bullock -- no-brainer.

Randy Bullock is the 32nd most accurate kicker in NFL history according to the stats:
http://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/fg_perc_career.htm

Bullock finished the 2016 season with a FG accuracy of 89%, had a PAT accuracy of 90% on the longer NFL PATs, and consistently put kickoffs deep for touchbacks. He's still young and has a chance to be a long-term Bengal playing here in the Jungle with us.

The Florida guy is probably the least impressive of the bunch. He only made 81% of his collegiate FG attempts on the 6' WIDER college goal posts. That's 33% more kicking target than he'll get at the NFL level (only ~18' wide). So, he's less accurate on a bigger target. Why would we possibly consider making a change for that??

And, the entire NFL should have learned a valuable lesson from watching Roberto Aguayo (former Florida State) miss more kicks than any other NFL kicker (including the Nuge!) this season... after they drafted him. The Tampa fans and front office wishes that they could have that draft pick back!
