Decent pickup with upside.

and it's pretty obvious to most is.. establish a solid run game so Burrow and receivers can be effective. Doesn't have to be #1 in the league but a top 10 would be fine. And, second is be able to STOP the opposing run game so the D secondary isn't having to make most of the stops. If they can accomplish those two things it greatly increases their shot at winning the division and advancing.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

I feel like this isn't being talked about enough.

Who the hell is going to be this teams week 1 starting RT? Are Mims and Brown healthy enough to be available week 1? If they both are, who is it going to be? If they both aren't, who's it going to be?

My gut says it's going to be Brown, mainly because he's a vet, will most likely be healthy enough, and Mims wont be available week 1.

Decided to look at the preview of the upcoming game and saw the Bengals are favored by nine points. Really? The first NFL game of the season is always unpredictable for any team. I am not a big betting fan, but, 9 points in the NFL seems like it's too good to pass up.

List your players who you believe earned a spot on the practice squad?

I was thinking of receivers, and while we tend to keep some on the practice squad, who really earned a spot? I think offensive depth we just didn't learn much about due to poor backup QB play this preseason.

I also didn't see any RB earn a spot.

Nor CB, or Safety?

Nor OT or OG....

Nor DE or DT.....

Not sure why, but I am not seeing the "hate to cut them out of fear they won't make the ps" players after this preseason. Who am I missing? In prior years we all had that favorite that got cut or picked up off of waivers.... I'm not feeling all that great about the PS after this preseason.

Cut down day is tomorrow and some teams have already begun. List who you'd like here as they are cut.

Hopefully not always Burrow getting pushed ahead into a pile of tacklers. Bengals do have some RB's with break away speed once through the blocking lane. However sometimes you need that monster that is good for at least 1 or 2 yards with or without blocking lanes. On 3rd and short or down on the goal line, and Mixon gone, Bengals need a bread and butter go to guy when Powerhouse Football is needed. I like Chase Brown and the RB from Indy, both both are more speed backs than power up the middle backs.

This means there is a real possibilty that rookie Drake Maye is the starter against us.

Chase is back. It made my day.
