According to Jeremy Rauch and Kelsey Conway on X , Burrow's looking for Gesicki a lot in training camp!
Quote:Camp Observation: Joe Burrow is looking for Mike Gesicki early and often.
Quote:A whole lot of Burrow to Mike Gesicki so far today in 7s
That's HUGE!
A receiving tight end keeps the safeties and backers in check and keeps the safeties from doubling Chase!
He's also Burrow's safety outlet, so having faith in him is big for this team!

Bets For This Season?! |

I'm heading to training camp on Friday. Anyone else going?
Going to be focused on the line and Joe's mobility with him lining up under center.
Also, while I'm over there, I figured I should stop in Hard Rock Sportsbook to place some bets on the season.
Burrow's only +900 to win MVP, which is sad but I think he's a no-brainer if he can stay healthy. The only competition would be Mahomes, but I think that Burrow just blows the league and fans away now that he finally has a line that can protect him.
I'm laying at least a hundred on that Friday and probably more when I go back on other days.
Ja'Marr is +1,000 to win offensive player of the year, which I think he has a huge year now that Burrow finally has time to throw him the ball.
Burton is +7,500 to win offensive rookie of the year, so I'll probably throw some money on that just for the hell of it. As our #3 receiver, with how many points we'll be putting up, he could easily gain some interest for that.
We're +1,200 to win it all, which I'll obviously put a few hundred on that.
Any other bets I should make?
I have my cousin taking me Friday and then other people on Facebook have said they'll take me, so it shouldn't be a problem to find rides.
Anyone else going that would want to chat?
How do I get tickets? (I haven't looked yet but just wondering if anyone knows.)

My cousin is married to a Steelers fan and her kids are Steelers fans.
She was texting me tonight because I posted on Facebook asking if anyone could take me to training camp and a bunch of people responded, including her, but then she recommends we go to the game in Pittsburgh!
Her husband and son will go, but it will still be pretty epic.
Think I’ll get punched?!
lol.
Anyone else going?

NFL Top 100 Players - 2024 |

Our first player on the list is Trey at 77. Down 2 spots from last year, despite tying for 2nd in sacks. Go figure.
They’re doing a staggered release of the list, so we’ll have to wait and see where Joe and Ja’Marr come in.

Yahoo Ranks Us First In The Division! |

Yahoo projects us to finish first in the division, followed by the Browns, Ravens, and then the Steelers.
Quote:(4) Cincinnati Bengals (11-6): Your most likely worst-to-first candidate – hardly a hot take given Cincy won the division in 2021 and ’22. The numbers say the Bengals have, by far, the easiest schedule in the division, the other teams saddled with the three hardest dockets in the league. But they’ve also got hurdles: the departures of OC Brian Callahan, RB Joe Mixon, WR3 Tyler Boyd and DT D.J. Reader; unhappy campers in WR2 Tee Higgins and DE Trey Hendrickson; and Burrow, the keystone to the operation, on the road back from last year’s season-ending injury to his passing wrist. But RB Zack Moss, S Geno Stone and third-round WR Jermaine Burton could be among this season’s most underappreciated newcomers. And the margin for error at the outset seems pretty generous given the Patriots, Commanders and Panthers – owners of the league’s three worst records in 2023 – show up on Cincinnati’s September schedule.
The easy schedule is always a good thing, but I think Mixon leaving and being replaced with Moss and Brown is a very big improvement, and the loss of Boyd isn't bad considering we have Burton, Higgins, and Gesicki.
Callahan leaving won't be bad because I think Pitcher will be better for Burrow since he was his quarterback coach.
Losing Reader could hurt but we should have a solid front with Rankins, Hill, Carter, and Jenkins.
Easy schedule to start is never a bad thing, and I like the optimism of this article!

Anyone Going To Training Camp Tomorrow? |

Is anyone going to the training camp practice tomorrow that's only open to season ticket holders and people on the wait list?
I haven't even looked for anyone to go with me so I'm not sure if I'll go unless someone wants to pick me up and drive my crippled van over to the stadium (only 7 miles away).
Let me know if anyone is going tomorrow or if anyone is planning to go to any other practices!
