Ref should have never blew the whistle there to begin with as Burrow was going out. If he throws a TD, it would have to be reviewed, and if he did step out it would have been overturned. Just a bad decision by ref there.

He's taking what they give, and they will eventually give Tee and the game might end.

Exactly. It didn't affect the play at all.

No clue, but I hope we win big so people aren't tainting our W with that weak sauce.

Yeah, not the modern NFL. I saw names like Walter Peyton, Ickey Woods, and Scott Brunell in that article. That is useless when discussing a league with WR and QB protections like they have now and comparing it to when they could be murdered on the field.

The Raiders with several injuries now... we gotta HOPE that the Bengals escape with a win and unscathed.

It is modern NFL, they were referencing those names in saying why the stat was what it was. It talked about brees and peyton manning at 38. Has the NFL changed much since Manning left? No, you just have a lot of good young QBs.
In general most QBs won't perform better after 30. If you're saying modern as "good" QBs, that's different, but that's not what my statement or the article states.
It's much easier to find sucky QBs over 30, even sucky ones under 30. A ton of starters suck, who is that colts QB that thinks he's a starter but actually a backup?

Rules are meant to be interpreted by the refs on the field. They knew it was a very late mistake and ruled for the Bengals.
Does it suck that we will have to talk about it all week yes but it was the right call.
