So I'm sure most of you were also inundated with texts and such from the moment Logan picked off the ball.
I missed a ton of the back end of the thread and haven't had the opportunity to read it all yet, so my apologies if this stuff has already been said.
First, the 2021 Bengals are now 6-0 against the AFC Playoff Field. 7-0 means a Super Bowl Birth.
Second, it really is looking like destiny for Burrow to slay the demons.
1988 Bengals defeat the Bills to get to the SB before losing to the 49ers in the final moments. The next playoff game for the franchise was a win against the Oilers/Titans before losing to the Raiders to begin 31 years of losses.
2021 Bengals defeat the Raiders, then Titans. Are the Bills next on the road to defeating the 49ers in the Super Bowl? I certainly hope so!!!

Lions fan here. I've been having fun watching the Bengals in the playoffs and following along with you guys on the board here and decided to join. Congrats to your team making the conference championship game.
Hey welcome to someone who knows what we have endured and more. Go ahead and hand off the no win playoff streak to Miami next year.

That would be crazy. If we were playing the 49ers in the Superbowl I wouldn't even be nervous. We owe them something and that's just from this year.

Thanks for the welcome.
I have confidence that Dan Campbell is going to do just that if not next year then in year 3.
When the game ended someone on the next street started lightning off fireworks. I'm wondering if they are fans. Next time I'll go out on the porch and start yelling who dey and see if I can fire them up.

Todd Downing hasn't done him favors either. Last years Tannehill vs this year shows OC took a big hit. Much like our defense. When we hired Jim Schwartz our defense turned it around this year. Downing has to go either way.
I wish Foreman got more carries though. I felt he was a better fit to run that Henry 2nd half.

Next year*, league is dead. They will have to make a 2nd league for those that don't want to face Burrow with a line.

If it's taking unnecessary time off the clock I'd say it's fine. Or if it's truly Unsportsmanlike Conduct because it's over someone who got knocked out from a hit. But something egregious. I just hate that it's called because a grown adult said something that offends another grown adult who it wasn't even directed toward. It just feels like a call that can make an impact on the game and has nothing to do with the game, when guys are talking serious trash all game long and no official can hear it.
It's the age-old issue of "refs shouldn't decide games." I just don't like it, and never have.
That said, I also think HCs should have control and discipline within their team that this is never an issue. See 2015. Lewis completely lost control. That's on him. Control your feelings/rage and direct them properly in play.

I think we dodged a bullet with Foreman not getting carries that much. Kind of a head scratcher after that big run he had. I think that might've been where the coaches fudged up a little. But what do you do when you have Henry back.

They should give em all the watches Burrow bought em for Xmas along with it.
Still can't believe it. 348 passing yds and still win a divisional playoff game on the road allowing 9 sacks and besides 1 drive no running game. Defense manned up and played huge today and McPherson was cooler than a polar Bears toe nails like Burrow.

Now that the game is over that wasn't a pick by Joe we still won though regardless.
