I had no idea Mims have zero sacks playing in the best college football conference the SEC.
2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

Mike Brown stepping away but still front and center during draft day.

Mims has immense upside. Hopefully, he lives up to his potential. If he does, he's a perennial All Pro.

No OT had much chance to start , most had Mims way up on talent now has year to gain experience

That’s why I didn’t want to go OL. Especially with a raw prospect.
We never hit first round OL picks. Ever.

If Pittsburg or Baltimore had took Mims the board would meltdown.

This kid hits and we win superbowls....cause Orlando is one of THEM. We get 2 guys that are beasts, and Burrow can just bust teams ass. Im very excited about that pick even slightly more than the Washington guy
But I did heavily value being ready day 1 and thats why i liked the Wasgington guard

Hate the pick.
You had guys sitting there that could have come in and contributed right away (CB Mitchell, Newton, etc) and we took a project tackle who won't play this year. We are in win now mode.
Zero confidence they can develop Mims into a first round worthy pick.

Half the commenters on ABC are dissing the pick: risk, project, needs to develop the right habits, gamble.

Definitely hope Mims is a stud.
I’m nervous with all the OTs taken before him and the bengals pour track record at the position.
I worry about him staying healthy too.
I would have went BPA, but definitely hope he ends up being great.

I approve this pick.
He can develop for a year behind Brown. We got more athletic on the OL.
WR or Sweat or CB in Rd2. Could go IOL or DT as well.

CB 1 was sitting there who would have come in and made an immediate impact. Makes no damn sense.

8 career starts. Sabanquestioning him only playing 15 snaps in the sec championship game. You guys are enamored by size. He’s a project and makes us no better at all this year. We are never going to win now if we don’t start making those type of moves
