They played a hell of a game with being so thin on line,  3 turnovers, frustrating Mahomes, good tackling. Burrow was better but in end his turnover that went for a TD was major with a bad 3rd down efficiency and unable to close out game when we had ball with 3 minutes left . Hopefully we can get back to 2-2 before Ravens come here

Sure you can. All they had to do is get a stop on 4th & 16 and the game was won.

Defense made a lot of plays. That 4th and 16 non stop hurts, a lot.

Agreed. The plus I'm taking from this, is that today's D was reminiscent(ish) of the AFCCG D in 2021. I know the run game had it's fun, but when the game really mattered, Mahomes was not moving the ball. We found ways to stifle him and not just let him drive for scores to win the game. I think the defence earn some credit for how they played most of the 2nd half.

From the CTB pick onwards... we lost the game 9-3. And the Chiefs did next to nothing with the ball in that time. A fumble TD and a dreadful play from a 7th rounder lost us a close one.

2nd week in a row giving up 100+ rushing yards, too. The turnovers they forced were nice, but we’re going to lose a lot of games because of this run defense.

The Defensive Line is in bad shape. We are talking 2020 DL...

Can't win games without a DL...

This team shows glimpses, but they still manage to shoot themselves in the foot. That includes coaches.

Whatever! That was pure horseshit and everyone knows. Game over and Bengals win until refs step in and call a BS PI that never would have been called any other time.

It felt like a clear PI. Bad play by the defense. Hence, defense lost us the game. Had a chance to win it. Offense may have also lost us the game, Yoshi not catching a catchable ball. Sucks we have to play a perfect game and Chiefs can commit 3 turnovers and still win.

In the end, Refs call a penalty to help them win again. Not sure how many times before people ask questions of what we're watching is real or not. Easy to blame a story on a 7th round rookie.

It was a PI in my opinion. He got there too early, the Chiefs WR can't jump and make a play. It's the timing imo which is why people call 'fix'. 

It's too simple to say 'defence lost us the game' or to blame it on any one piece... the run defence was bad again, but otherwise most facets of the team played well. We lost due to too many game-losing errors. One was by the 7th round rookie, but Burrow fumbling for a TD was an enormous game-changer too. I don't think we lose without that, as the Chiefs did very little (I won't call it 'nothing', to appease the guy in GDT) in the 2nd half.
