Adjusted for dropped passes, poor pass protection, bad routes, hurries, weather, sleep, lack thereof sleep, hunger, crowd size, time, pay, missed practices, athleticism and ability and I can be a top QB in the league too.

Not sure what the point is. Other than he’s having a career stretch the last 4 games. Which everyone acknowledges and are relieved to see given the wrist injury fears.

Wait Mike McDaniel is an offensive genius as some said on here. Amazing what a difference losing your QB does.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

Forgive me for trying to donate my name, image and likeness to what I sensed was a thread that would struggle to garner a post.

A simple “thank you” would have sufficed.

Well, there are still 12 games to play this season and a lot could change in that time. It would be awfully dreary around here if everyone kept that jumping off the ledge mindset for the next 3 months.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Lol part of the reason I love internet forums, the almost passive aggressive battles you have going on (not aimed at you OP).

To get on topic, I do agree with JJ about the wrist point though. There were major worries about how Burrow would come back from it, whether he'd be the same QB. I think the point has been demonstrably made.

Burrow is balling and it's a real shame the defence is such a mess, as his level of play could've taken us all the way this year.

Kind of points out that Washington was never going to be the easy game everyone seemed to think it should have been with Daniels sitting at #2

Lol, this thread is the epitome of passive aggressiveness!  The Burrow slander is simply mind-numbing with how atrocious the defense has been playing.  I blamed the first loss on Burrow because he wasnt good, even with Hudson fumbling a TD & the defense giving up 170 on the ground and unable to get a stop at the end.  But since then Burrow has been the best QB in the league.

Browns fans don't crap on Burrow as bad as a couple on this message board.

Give the league time to adjust and get some tape on him. The same thing happened with Stroud.

It's why I NEVER take playing a rookie QB as a auto win.

Well, he's 4th when you remove all of those adjustments.

I heard he only got 7 hours of sleep instead of 8 the night before we played the Ravens. It's why he threw the pick.

Joe was just off on seeing the field week one, and it showed. He was a big part of the issue that game. Since then, he's been stellar. I don't see how anyone can say anything different.

The current pulse of the organization is 1 win and 4 losses. There are multiple threads and endless posts pointing the finger at Zac, Lou, the Brown family as the owners, and lack of player talent for the losing. The reality is that it's not one or the other. There are a multitude of reasons as to why this is currently a 1-4 team. Joe Burrow isn't one of those reasons.

I offer Burrow throwing to Chase is the most consistent and positive thing this organization has going for it right now.

I think the offense as a whole is positive. Chase Brown is coming into his own, Tee has looked sharp. Yoshi is splashing, Mims gets better every week by what I'm watching, All is all that, Gesicki is playing pretty well, the line has finally gotten to average.... Rehkow's punting has been pretty damn solid....but that defense.

I agree, the offense is a positive. I was just thinking about how Burrow to Chase within the good offense is next level awesome.

Cappa seems to be struggling. I wonder if any metrics demonstrate that he is? I'd like to see them draft IOL in rounds 2 to 4 during the '25 draft (I want round 1 to focus on the DL).

OT - that Daniel ‘s kid from Washington is for real!

It doesn’t make me feel any better either that we lost to him - but Washington is much better than we all assumed.

I gotcha....yeah, those two seem to amp it up more and more from week to week.

Cappa has definitely had his struggles.....and then will string together a few good reps. I'd like to see the same thing. I know Volson had a rough game against KC, but otherwise, I haven't noticed him, which is good.
