Bronco game Injury Updates
#1
Chase Brown has a sprained right ankle. Too early to know how severe it is

Amarius Mims-the broken hand just couldn't deal with the contact. Again too early to know if he can go next week

Evan McPherson is eligible to come off of IR this week..."we'll see" if he plays against Pittsburgh

Needed Mims today. 7 sacks of Burrow and he was pressured and knocked down numerous times.

If Mac can kick, he should be activated.

I was surprised ZT put Cochran in at RT. I expected Ford to RT and Volson to LG. Ford got beat bad a couple times, one for a,sack and once at the goal line on a run. If Mims cannot go, I'd want Ford at RT and Volson at LG.

Kudos to the D. Also Yoshi's best game as a Bengal. Gesicki as well. Too bad Yoshi's TD got called back.

Only a Bengal could get injured while trying to get down on his own to keep the clock moving.

This had the makings of being the most bengalesque game since that ridiculous blown game in OT vs the Steelers I think 3 years ago

And the one against GB in 2021 where Evan missed several game winners.

I was worried Brown injured his knee on the slide. So I guess an ankle is better?

an injured knee at this point could have kept him out most of next season

According to some PFF grades, it appears Cochran had a good game, with the third highest grade among the offense. The OL struggled big time against a terrific Denver defense, but I guess Cochran was a good fill in for Mims this game.

I don't need PFF to tell me how he played . . . I think that he looked as good as Jonah Williams did during his last two seasons as a Bengal. I said it when he was signed .in the off-season  . . he's already 4 months ahead in the playbook over every draft pick and he's physically ahead of just about every 4th or 5th rounder that would be available.

Orlando said that his tibia and fibula are fused because he grew so fast as a kid. That would explain why he’s been out for so long.uf the 2 bones act as one, his broken fibula means he essentially has a broken tibia, the weight bearing bone, or at least it feels like it

When Mims left the the game with a broken hand Cody Ford stayed at LG and Cochran came in at RT instead of Ford kicking out to tackle and thr more experienced Volson slotting back in at LG. I would say that speaks volumes about his future in Cincy.
