Bengals looked good first offensive drive. Free agent LaFell and I think Free Agent Burkhead....I know Paul Brown and then Mike Brown NEVER negotiate contracts during season, but what about as soon as this game is over ???.....I'm hoping re-signings fly into action ASAP. We can not afford to lose all these players in both 2016 and 2017. We need to keep more players than we did last year.

Might as well crush your hopes now so you don't have to deal with them during the offseason. Why would Red want to come back?
You can always trust an dishonest man to be dishonest. Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to look out for.

I really think it's time to cut our losses with Hill and re-sign Burkhead

All of the false optimism for our current best RB was more depressing to me somebody is going to get a steal when they sign burkhead in the coming months. While we sit back and retain Hill over a tough running back who has some heart

I asked a legitimate question and you gave your typical condescending answer. I'm actually not a huge Hill fan. Wanted them to draft Hyde ahead of him in the draft.
He did average 5.1 YPC his rookie season and he has scored like 30 TDs in 3 years, most in short yardage situations so I think you are being short sighted. I get it, you hate the guy. Was just looking to have an actual discussion about where the Bengals go at RB if the punt on Hill at this point.

You didn't ask a legitimate question. Why are you talking about his rookie year?
I don't "hate" him, he's no good. I'm not the only one. You don't have to single me out.
I'd take Rex and Gio all day over Hill and Gio. guarantee I'm not the only one. I think those wanting to keep Hill are in the few.

I wonder if Peyton Manning might want to be the Bengals' offensive coordinator.

I think a rotation of Burkhead and Bernard would work just fine, but that may just be me.

Me too especially since this offense relies more on a speed back than a power runner
