#1
1. Opening drive TD

2. Burrow upright the whole game.

3. Make Jville play from behind whole game

4. Defense causing and recovering fumbles

5. No points given up before half time

6. Mixon 25 plus carries 100 yds.

How about run defense that holds the opposing team under 100 yards rushing? Sideline to sideline Linebacker play. Players getting off their blocks to get to the ball carrier. Players not being out of position (especially floating into areas where we already have several players, Josh Bynes). Players making and finishing tackles.

I would settle for:

Right side of the OL playing at only a slightly below-average level.

Defense not giving up stupid plays/points at the end of the half/game.

To achieve a win that we have not done well so far

1. Better protection of Burrow
2. Throw less, run more (even in a adverse down and distance at times)
3. Complete plays down the field
4. Stop teams late in half or game
5. Cause more turnovers

Protect Burrow and run the ball.

Do that and we win.

I'd also like to see a win and it would be nice to see Atkins on the field and Green have a good game.

All or any of that would be nice to see.

Sadly though, we haven't seen any of it since Taylor took over as HC.

Aint that the darn the truth. Thats enough there to justify a coaching overhaul

Are the Jags struggling to stop the run? If so, that means we will try like hell to run on them and be completely unable. And everybody knows they haven't been able to get a pass rush and that means Burrow will be under pressure the whole game.

Plus stop the run on defense.  Do all three things and we should get a win.

not relying on Randy Bullock to win or tie the game
The TE Sample does something
Taylor not calling bad plays and managing the game and Time Outs better
Me not cringing everytime Joe B drops back to pass thinking he will die on this play
A consistent pass rush on the stash

In this order:

A win.

Burrow having time to pass.

A decent running game.

A decent defense against the run.

AJ finally shaking the rust off.

The return of a monkey riding a dog during halftime.

A monkey riding Harley Dog as he streaks across the field after the Bengals win.

A monkey riding a dog chasing Harley Dog being ridden by a monkey while the monkey holds a check for the rest of the Bengals Board fund.

I’d love to see some evidence of why Drew Sample was worth a 2nd round pick...

You already know Eifert is going to go off for a big game.

A whole game of good blocking. The blockers have had their good quarters here and there, but that is losing football. Winning football is doing it the whole game. I think if Bengals block good all game, I jump out of my chair in celebration.

Domination in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Burrow standing in a clear pocket, throwing complete passes, and is still standing where he threw.

Routes for the WR that consistently create separation.

Scoring 1st and keeping the lead. How many minutes, quarters has this team played with the lead in the last 2 seasons + ? It changes everything.
